Who we are

Our grandmother, Shnorig, meant the world to us. The four of us (Nicole, Grace, Alex & Tatiana) make up the oldest of nine grandkids. We grew up with a strong sense of pride in our culture and a strong work ethic to spread it because of our grandma. She instilled in us a passion for our community by setting an example you could not ignore. Our grandmother (who we all called Nene) was the glue of our family and when she passed away in early 2020, we knew we needed to continue her work on behalf of Armenian education and culture in an authentic and powerful way. From there, we created the Shnorig Minassian Armenian Education Fund, which bears her name and her legacy of passion for our culture.

The Shnorig Minassian Armenian Education Fund is operated by four of Shnorig’s grandchildren who volunteer our time to this mission. We are:
